In our practice, we will:

  • Relax the body and calm the mind.

  • Explore movement in a three-sided circle.

  • Coordinate torso and limbs naturally and efficiently.

  • Use imagination and body awareness together to guide movement.

  • Activate the deeper layers of the brain and the body.

  • Awaken latent physical capacities and improve movement quality.

  • Practice tai chi forms with mindful awareness.

  • Refine movement accuracy through tai chi techniques.

  • Examine and reflect on one’s state of consciousness.

  • Learn to face and appreciate that inner state with openness and acceptance.
